For participating the programme one must sign up with Google Adsense. An email adress is required for the sign up process. The website submitted by the applicant for the Adsense programme must be satisfying the quality guidelines issued by the Google Adsense. The website must have accurate original data, and it must have virtual content in the site. The site must be submitted to google search engine.
